Magnolia Management is excited to announce the unveiling of our new Self-Service Portal for Owners. The easy-to-use Owner Access Portal allows property owners to go online to view their current account balances and review past payment history, anytime from anywhere.
Current Language: No structure of a temporary character, trailer, basement, tent, or shack shall be used at any time as a residence either temporarily or permanently. No storage building of any type shall be permitted unless such building is designed as part of the main Dwelling Unit and approved by Contractor or Association. There shall be no occupancy of any Dwelling Unit until the interior and exterior of the Dwelling Unit is completed and a certificate of occupancy, or other satisfactory evidence of completion, is received and approved by Contractor or the Association. Any prefabricated structure is considered a temporary structure.
Proposed Amendment: Storage buildings and other detached structures should relate architecturally to the design of the residence in form, material, and color. Any detached structure must be behind a wooden privacy fence. Location of accessory buildings will be individually considered by the review board and shall not affect the views of neighboring properties. All accessory buildings must be approved by review board prior to the start of any building. Any accessory building built within the rear setback of the property must comply with all Parish code requirements. No accessory building will be allowed within the front building setback.
The voting period for the proposed restriction amendment is now closed. The majority of votes were "no". Therefore, the amendment was not approved, and the original wording of the restriction stands.
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist the Grove at Ascension Homeowners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the CIT Bank payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It will list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: GAA (Grove at Ascension)
Property ID: Your lot number
Per Article V of the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for the Grove at Ascension Subdivision, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Grove at Ascension Architectural Control Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
